Aaron Lujan

Aaron began his career in Public Accounting and Analysis before finding his true passion in real estate. His first major venture, a parking lot acquisition in Long Beach, marked the beginning of a series of successful real estate developments. A graduate in Accounting from the University of Southern California, Aaron’s focus has been on strategic investments in Southern California, particularly in value-add real estate properties.

With a philosophy inspired by Warren Buffet, Aaron’s approach is centered around investing in high-quality assets at fair values. His expertise in capital allocation, property structuring, and commitment to enhancing tenant experiences has culminated in over $300 million in real estate transactions. His strategic vision and deep understanding of the market dynamics have been instrumental in our company’s success.

Andre, a California State University-Long Beach alumni founded Shore Capital and real estate and mortgage brokerage in 2005. He also spearheaded the development of EllieTrac, an innovative AI-powered loan document processing platform.
